1953 U.S. Air Force Aeronautical Chart or Map of Rio Jamachim, Para, Brazil

This is a fine 1953 U.S. Air Force aeronautical chart or map of the Rio Jamachim in the State of Para, Brazil. The chart covers the river and its vicinity from Itaituba south to Maloca and from Mongubu east to Sao Felix. It also covers parts of the Rio Tapajos, Rio Iriri, Rio Xingu and Rio Curua. The map is highly detailed and notes several rivers, towns, lakes and other hydrographical and topographical features essential for the air pilot. Verso of this chart features legends and a world aeronautical chart index. This chart was published by the USAF Aeronautical Chart and Information Service, and was issued as chart no. 1015. First issued in 1950, this is the second edition revised to Mar 1953.
