This is a 1924 Fei-Shi map of the vicinity around Beijing / Peking, China. The map depicts the region from Nankow and Nankou Pass (Juyong Pass) to Fang-Shan Hsien and Ta-Hsing. Forty-five locations around the map are numerically identified, sixteen of which are the gates of Beijing / Peking. Numerous rail lines are illustrated, extending in nearly every direction from Beijing. Roadways and cart roads are also depicted. Within Beijing itself, both the Tartar City and the Chinese City are labeled.
This map was produced for Fei-Shi's Guide to Peking and its Environs and published in 1924.
