Elms, Francis Raymond (1906 - 19??)

Francis Raymond Elms (1906 - ) was an American artist and writer. Elms published several sets of maps, including a set of the United States, and others of Canada, Africa, and the South Pacific. He was also a prolific author, who published several books from the 1940s through the 1960s.
