Claretta Pope Higgins (January 12, 1899 - August 16, 1985) was born Claretta Elizabeth Pope in Colorado. She lived in Boston in the 1920s and married Raymond Foster Higgins on June 1, 1925, with whom she had at least two children. She created at least two maps. One was a pictorial map of the Town of Milton, Massachusetts, published in 1937 and the other was a pictorial map of Cape Cod published in 1948. Raymond Higgins died on January 31, 1985. She died on August 16, 1985, in Eastham, Massachusetts.
