Moise Harry La Douceur (1872 - 1940) was a French-American draftsman, cartographer, and designer. Born in France, La Douceur arrived in the United States in 1892 and by 1899 he was living in Omaha, Nebraska, and working as a draftsman. By 1917 he had opened his own firm and advertised 'new maps of Omaha and Douglas, Sarpy, Washington and Adjoining Counties.' He appears to have been an avid golfer, with golf scores being associated with his name in the Omaha city papers as early as 1906. His wife died in 1933.
