Laird, J. W.

J. W. Laird (fl. c. 1841 - 1849) was a British printer and publisher based in London. The firm's works often dealt with military and naval themes, as well as hunting and horseracing, in other words pastimes of the aristocracy. A London company by the same name manufactured firearms around the same time, though it is unclear if it was the same J. W. Laird.
