J. Leitch (fl. c. 1875 - 1880), usually as J. Leitch and Co., sometimes as J.S. Leitch and Co. or John Leitch Co., was a London-based lithography and publishing firm with a penchant for producing maps. Its unclear what relationship, if any, there is between this firm and a publisher active in New York in the 1910s also named John Leitch. It is also unknown whether the John Leitch who founded this firm was related to the contemporary Scottish landscape painter William Leighton Leitch (1804 – 1883) or the painter Richard Principal Leitch (1827 – 1882).
