Harold Cramer Smith (fl. c. 1950 - 1980) was a wildlife artist based in Oregon, who was for many years the staff artist for the Oregon State Fish and Game Commission, including for its publication Oregon Wildlife. He also illustrated several books relating to Oregon's history, archaeology, and fauna. He primarily worked in pen and ink but sometimes produced art in other media. A 1937 publication (The Builders of Timberline Lodge), for which he drew the cover art, suggests that Smith had been involved with the Art Project of the Oregon Works Progress Administration during the Great Depression.
