Tourist Division (1954 – 1960) of the Ministry of Transportation (and Communications) of the Government of India was a short-lived government office that was reorganized multiple times over the 1950s and 1960s, until it reached its current form as the Ministry of Tourism in 1967. It produced a number of tourist and travel pamphlets in English and other Western languages during this time.
